International orders

All international orders are shipped through Correos de Chile with a registration code with a tracking number, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes applied in your country.

I won't send, by any means, unregistered shipping, due to reduce the probability of losing a parcel. The additional shipping cost applied to 1 extra copy is standardized from the minimum for any country.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery methods outlined above, please contact me directly through the "Contact Ecologist".

By contacting me directly for the calculation I can guarantee a fast response and you can also have access to additional promotions or favourable prices in some specified instances.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Contact me directly through the "Contact Ecologist" button within the 14-day period for return instructions. I reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be in perfect conditions, as for CDs or Tapes, must be sealed or intact if is not sealed and as for the shirts and other wearable merch, you return it because you don't want it, meaning you didn't wear the shirt or wearable merch.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
